Bought season pass, but claims its already been redeemed by another account | Forums

Hello!

I recently purchased both the game and season pass from the steam sale, but the season pass does not seem to be activating. The message states that it has already been activated by another account. I do in fact have this game and season pass on other systems, but not PC. I have screenshots, but it will not allow me to post them (unless they are hosted). Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for the report. I think if you contact the customer support explaining the problem and attaching the proof of purchase, they will be able to sort out a solution for you.
