Not entirely. Assassins Creed is very much about setting. Give me a good setting first, one that I wouldn't mind seeing (at least, era wise) for another two or three games.

    Then we can talk characters.

I know but what's stopping them taking a old protagonist and sending them to a different location.

I'm personally interested with Evie with the Indian assassins.. But not with those gimmicky "fear" skills.

IKR. Before this whole rumour thing and before the JTR DLC, I was hoping that we'd get another game with the Frye twins next. I had this idea where Jacob would go visit the Wild West while Evie went off to India (kinda suits their personalities IMO), and the game would revolve around their separate stories which were also somehow linked.

I mean, I've always liked the idea of a more global AC, and I think this would've been a great opportunity to visit these two, and it would bring a lot of variety, especially since they seem so in contrast with eachother. I can just imagine Jacob with a rope launcher lasso and Evie swinging around the jungle and hanging guards with her new rope dart upgrade.

However that fear system really pissed me off and if it makes another appearance in the same state as in the JTR DLC, then I take back this whole idea about sending Evie to meet the Indian Assassins. Then there's also the fact that I would honestly hate a Wild West only game; the setting doesn't seem to suit AC (but it does suit Jacob!). Though, if it was incorporated like this, then I feel it would make a lot more sense.

It's still possible that we get some sort of expansion for Syndicate, but I don't want anything big because I'd rather Ubi spend their efforts on making sure they really do innovate and perfect on the Egypt game this time. The only reason I want an expansion for Syndicate is that, although I see it as a great game, it feels like almost everything could've been somewhat better, and I can't live knowing that a game set in my home town, hasn't reached its full potential.

I would love a game with a protagonist we have already had, the Frye twins would be cool.

I don't know what's with AC DLCs having irritating gimmicks nowadays.
The fear skills were just a more annoying gimmick than the lantern from Dead Kings, Both DLCs would of been more enjoyable if I weren't faffing around trying to learn clunky controls.

I really want a game exploring Jacob more, I hated his character when the e3 trailer was released and planned on playing the whole game as Evie when I could.
However I was seriously surprised, the idiotic brash character that was portrayed in the trailer seems like a different character IMO.
Jacob in game was rather witty and charming and had moments that made me laugh out loud.
Evie seemed more cold and hollow IMO, I found her more warming in some scenes but IMO I think Jacobs voice actor was better than hers.

Yeah and Look the Assassin's Creed Trilogy is Realy Good and magnificent when it is 4D HD Realistic Open World Free Playing so next future games in the trilogy should be lik that and About the Game about Madagascar and Reunion and Mauritius etc... with the Assassin Brotherhood there with the conection to Pirates I think you should do a Hero Charctar that will be the Robin Hood of the Seas and Oceans of that time Stealing the Stolen Goods from the Western Empires who Had Stole them from the Simple Local People and given them back to the Simple Local People there those many who had been Opressed, Enslaved, Exploited and were Robbed and Deprived from all of Their Reasourses and Treassures and their Sacred Artifacts etc...
and by the way most of the humans in the world are born into the Evil Facist and Nazi Opressing and Enslaving Satanic Satrun Matrix Trap were Little Innocent and Helpless Children are being brainwashed and mindwashed to believe that Evil nations exit in order for them to be Slaves to the Systems and to the Matrix and to compete and fight each other for the Profit and for the Interests of the Templars wich the Templars say and repeat to the Young People their Facist and Nazist Evil Pharse: "arbeit macht frei('work sets you free")" witch in Odessa People said about that, that from Work even the Strongest Horses Peg Out and Die... Nation = Big Ghetto and Concentration Camp... and the Smugling and the Catacombs and the Partisans and the Assassin Brotherhood and SisterHood eventually deafeted all the Nazis and Facists Stealing their Supplies and Destroing their Communications and Salying their Evil Templars Gestapo and SS(Satan Servents) Commanders like Tigers Slay their Pray or animals who threaten them and invade into their territory etc... and believe Me that the Partisans and the Allies Agents, and Intelligence Warriors Behind the Enemy Lines used a lot more the Hidden Blades and the Commando Knives against the Facist and Nazis in order to keep the silence of their Existence and it would be grate to play as a lot of different Heros Assassins from Different Lands and Places all over Europe and North Africa and Asia and etc... of the Allies Forces using Grenades and Molotov-Bottles Against the Nazis and Facists Tanks and of course Rifles and Sniper Rifels and some Machin guns and Semi Machine Guns(its all part from the Assassin's Brotherhood Real History) etc...
because the truth is that flase and Evil nations do not exist at all its only the human Satanic Evil System of Opression and Enslavmant wich invented many false languages and they saying a lot of words and senteces but what they realy say can be understood by Three(3) or even Two(2) Word they saying to you: "Be Our Slave..." and "Serve Us" Wich for that I and the Free People of Planet Earth and of Middle Earth Shall Say to Them Back: I / WE AM / ARE TRULY FREE SOUL/S. AND ALL YOU DEMONS AND DEVILS *****ES AND SERVANTS OF THE DEVIL SATURN AND MELKOR MORGOTH SHALL BURN IN THE FLAMES OF HELL FOR ETERNITY ETC...
and Ubisoft you don't have to do nothing at all, you can Now Retire to Pension but it will be better retirtmant if you first wll Finish the Trilogy of Prince of Persia and of Assassin's Creed as it Should Be Ended...,
so you do not have to do nothing but I think you like to play in the Games you produce yourselves first of all for yourselves...

I do. I mean I truly love their works. No Assassin's Creed game ever was "trash" to me. I liked them all. It's more like "Most favorite" and "Least favorite" to me.
But to be quite honest. Ezio was a wonderful character, indeed and it wasn't just due to having multiple games, but also because each game made us truly care for him and all the side characters. At least a lot more than the latest games. However, one must not forget the effect of the trilogy.

Having more than one game/movie for a character automatically makes us think about them more. It brings continuity to the series. With Ezio's trilogy, it felt like a TV Show, with Desmond and Ezio's stories continuing hand-in-hand.

I think characters like Connor, Haytham and Edward Kenway were extremely interesting characters that could've done wonders had they been given more time to flourish among fans. We'd still be telling their stories had they been given more games, or at least one game for all of them together, similar to Revelations was to Altair and Ezio.

If we look at Shay Cormac, he was a great character who underwent pivotal changes during the prime of his life, changing from Assassin to a Templar, and having to assassinate his former allies and brothers, and feeling all the remorse that was shrouding every sense of victory he might have wanted to feel, and on top of all that, he was the one who Assassinate Arno's father, the protagonist of the game released the same day as his game. It would've been epic to see the two unite in a DLC or a full new game. After all, the series focused a lot on revenge and meeting after a long age (Abbas and Altair, anyone?) so it would've developed both characters greatly and probably made them a lot more interesting to fans and newcomers, than they are now.

The Frye Twins and Henry are nice mixture of characters, doomed by a game that is too short to show what they or their setting are capable of. I loved the ending and I loved the DLCs and how they all connect together, and of course, the World War I time loop was wonderful. So I truly love to see more about these, at some point. Perhaps sometime, a game set in India that stars Evie and Henry or a game set somewhere entirely new, staring Jacob Frye, telling us that he left London, and went to a whole new country to continue his life, maybe play as his son or daughter, or Lydia Frye and him being a mentor of hers and see an epic conclusion to their lives.

Arno and Elise De La Serre weren't bad characters, they were such a great couple with a beautiful mixture of rights and wrongs, perfections and imperfections, and they portrayed a lovely image of the best of both worlds. She was a Templar, but she suffered the effects of corrupt Templars, and he was an Assassin and he was betrayed by a his own mentor and friend. So they both saw the good in each side and fought against the bad. Killing off Elise was totally predictable, and very wasteful and unnecessary.

Had Elise lived and she and Arno got married and were shown in a similar way as Jacob and Evie were in Syndicate, happy and ready to go on with their journey, would've drawn a wonderful picture of a true Unity between Assassins and Templars. I was actually expecting this, since it was called Unity, and since AC Brahman comic book ended with Durga, the Isu member saying that the Templars and Assassins must unite to fight a common enemy. So this would've set a wonderful example that such a thing can and must happen, on a much larger scale in modern day to fight the common enemy, Juno.

So I think each Assassin deserves more than just one game and DLC (which are noticeably getting smaller in each new game). Because these great characters have the potential to be loved and appreciated a lot more. If you want new settings in each games, that's fine, let that protagonist travel and join forces with another character, with whom we switch either whenever we want or in a linear manner from mission to another.

We need to be given more time to know the character, to admire their courage, to spot their weaknesses and to notice their development, as well as to get used to the setting, the environment and side characters, to gradually get to relate to them and appreciate them.

If the rumors are true about the next game being set in Egypt, and becoming a part of a trilogy moving from Ancient Egypt to Rome and Greece, that would be epic, especially if they somehow add-in Babylon and/or Sumer.

It may star the same character or perhaps a whole lineage. We could have one ancestor in Sumer, then the other in Egypt, who eventually moves to Greece or Rome and has a son there, and then we pick up from there, and perhaps head to Babylon. I'm not being precise because I'm not sure about the exact dates, but you get the idea.

The trilogy could work like Revelations, telling individual stories, and linking them together gradually, until they're totally intertwined in the big picture, forming one beautiful story, that is detailed, deep and has a great message. Something we'd all care about and eagerly anticipate the next part to see what'll happen next.

I wanna get that TV Show feeling that I had in the early games, where everything was connected, with science, religion, history, modern day, pseudo-science, first civilization, all evolving together and moving from one game to the other. Rather then disconnected, standalone games, starting a new with each new entry, with little bits and pieces related to previous games, thrown as a fan service, and deliberately made simply and irrelevant.

Personally, I'd totally be happy if the next settings of the coming games will feature Ancient Egypt (not any other Egypt than the ancient history one), Sumer and Babylon Those to me, are ideal settings, that can be easily linked to the First Civilization story, because these settings have become a cistern of raw materials for Ancient Astronauts Theories which are the basis of the First Civ. mythology (except the laters are natives, from Earth). So it would be a great setting, with huge potential. But I truly hope each new character gets enough time to be known, understood and appreciated.

I completely agree, I miss the whole "everything was connected" we had in earlier games.
We really do need something to Unify them.

I personally wish they would stay with one character for a few games and take a risk.
