its not a very good performer with FC4 as you can see from that page (scroll down the page to see the benchmarks ) , it'll only play it in very low resolutions with low FPS with Low Settings (and yes it will lag and stutter like crazy)
from that page : your 820M is too slow to handle both PhysX and 3D rendering in modern games. 3D Vision is not supported according to Nvidia.
also some of your main system ram may end up in use as video ram , so you will no longer have 4 gig of system ram for the game to use
Plus your I 5 Cpu is a dual core hyperthreaded CPU
