    I've had these issues for a long while now, and while I do have a Support Ticket and it is actively being talked about, (As in there is still a conversation between me and the Support Agent) I wanted to bring it up here so I can get to my game quicker because it's been about 2 weeks since I couldn't go past the start screen. They apparently fixed the servers, (According to this topic http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...nce-2016-01-01) but I still can't access past the start screen through my original save file, although I can with my temporary one that I'm semi-using until I can get back on my original one. (I was always able to access the game with my temporary one before they "fixed it")

    I've tried everything the Agent has tole me to do, and the game still doesn't go past the starting screen. I don't think it has to do with corrupt data, because the day before the glitch happened, (Which was the day before new content was released on Just Dance Unlimited) the game was working fine, aside from another issue I was waiting that is somewhat similar to the ones posted here about songs freezing at the end. I also don't think it's a hardware issue.

    I know it sounds like I'm rambling on these forums and on the Support, but I'm just waiting to access my game. I've had issues in past games about save files, but I've never had anything happen where I can't access past the start screen. While there is the option for me to delete my data and restart new, I'm not because I've spent some time on the game for me to lose it, and if I did do it, I would fear it happening again. (Which appears to have happened for someone on here)

    Ok, this is starting to become a problem.. Seen multiple people having this issue and I experience it from time to time too. For me it is happening randomly, once before I even got to start the song (in dancer selection menu).

    I have a 100/100Mbit connection alone, on a AC WiFi router that is located 3 meters away from my Wii U. The connection is super stable fiber optic connection.. Also measured the connection around the Wii U and measures 102/105Mbit.. doing pings and tracing there is minimal latency and no stutters on my connection.. Never experience any issues with my ISP that I had for the last 12 years now. So I think it is safe to say, its not bandwidth or connection.

    I think its time Ubisoft starts looking into this from their/your side. How about buffering a certain amount of data or downloading the whole song before starting? Not sure what kind of connection the servers for JD Unlimited has and what expected/average download speed is from this server.

    I am sure there are some "legal measures" and licenses involved in streaming songs for JD Unlimited.. but how about offline sync? in order to play the synced song, you need to be online and a small certificate locally on the Wii U needs to be verified towards the server, before you can even play the songs (even they are downloaded locally)? This way you save traffic between your servers for JD. Or at least when the song is downloaded, let it be kept locally for example three days before deleted, if not played again within those three days.


    I am suggesting this as I guess it is a stutter while playing the song and the song itself catches up with the buffered data = crash.


    I hear some people are suggesting deleting your save, really? Strange how that is connected how to only network related songs/JD Unlimited crashes.. It only happened three times to me, so not super annoying, but shouldnt be an issue in the first place.

    Still happily enjoying JD2016 Though if I start to experience this regularly on JD Unlimited, bye bye subscription.
