Sat down and brainstormed some operators. I'm sure the two factions are already designed and ready to go but it doesn't hurt to have ideas
I hope we get Italian CTU so we get the Uzi and Spaz or Czech Cz805s or maybe Israeli ACE Galile weapons.
Anyway here are my operators:
Halt Def
can lay a barbed wire fence that is about hip height that can be hurdled at the expense of 10 health but can be destroyed in the 3 Melee's and can be seen over/ through. capable of shutting down a hallway. can be destroyed and electrocuted.
instance: 2 bombs on one floor?
separate the hallway into two sections. now each side has less to worry less about.
Slash Atkr
weilds a machete and Jason Vorhees mask, at the press of the right bumper he instantly does a sword lunge capable of effective damage. more like an aimed fast swipe that has to be lined up not an auto follow lunge like Halo e swords.
Spike Def
lays human sized bear traps that can be concealed in barbed wire and grab onto the victims foot
hold x for a 5 second release but at the cost of screaming in pain revealing location.
Grater Def
can install metal mesh shields in front of priority cameras
Fiber Atkr
can install a small drilled wire camera through non reinforced surfaces
incredibly small worm like fiber optic cable and difficult to detect but does not have mobility as is anchored to wall.
Bright Def
deploys several blinding flood lights that can blind the enemy constantly from a distance. like a BF tac light.
can be taken out, or thatcher'd
Rain def
installs a box with a shower head attachment that releases Acid for several seconds
highly damaging and can close off small areas. can't be destroyed once deployed. ideal for stair cases.
Spider def
lays a wire web trap that deploys when tripped and traps the enemy inside until meleed through. difficult to detect like a trip wire the trap fires several wires and several web like directions and spider traps an enemy in a wire web.
can't ADS 3 melee to exit unless sledge or Slash.
Radio def
can hear all communication from opposing team. can also hear enemy in game chat. but they can't hear you. within range. of deployable radio device.
Decoy Def
deploys a fake objective target that can be identified as an objective.
Pilot atkr
gets a dragonfly like flight done that hums and buzzes in flight. can leave it in air or in corner of room.
Providence def
can keep camera feed open on his wrist on screen like IQ but can be equipment detected. cycle through cameras with the bumper return to gun by switch gun button.
Hazmat atkr
slow and med armor
hazmat does not get effected by acid or the gas of "smoke"
cannot be flashed or see smoke grenades that he carries.
however hazmat helmet limits visibility and over time will fog press ability button to fan the fog.
Me and my friends were talking about operator ideas and one of our thoughts was about a character called the ram (or something along those lines).
The Ram would be a attacker with full armour and a slow speed.
He would carry a shield as a main weapon, so his firearms would be pistols.
His equipment would be a breaching charge or grenades.
His ability: The ram would Sprint, the longer he sprints he faster he would get, at his max speed he would be able to run through barricades, knock down/ injure other players, and maybe even break a chunk of a wall away (like the sledge but not fully through the wall).
He would not be able to use his gun while sprinting, and he would not be able to crouch leaving his legs vunerable. He would also only be able to run at his max speed for a little bit. If he was knifed or bashed while sprinting it would knock him off course, and if he was shot in the legs he would slow down a bit each hit taken.
It would be a fun and interesting class to use, especially for people who like to rush or like to use shields.
Another idea would be the "man down" or something like that.
The man down would be a defender.
They would have medium armour.
for equipment they would have a assault rifle, a shotgun, the revolver, a different pistol, a deployable shield and a nitro cell to choose from.
Their ability: the man down would have a 100% chance of getting injured instead of dying, when they are down they have a longer bleed out time and they are able to use there secondary firearm they are also bullet sponges taking as much damage as a fully armoured character when they are down.
They would be less accurate when they are down so that way they are not that strong.
If the man down is the last defender and they get injured the only way for their team to win is for them to eliminate the other team before they bleed out or gets killed.
This would be a good class for people who get down easily or for people who like to trick others.

I hope you get to see this. This is an idea i had for an operator for Rainbow Six Siege.
Name: Inferno (Defender)
Ability: Places traps (Not obvious like Kapkan and not super noisy like nitro cell) that when either detonated or tripped, bursts into a fireball, and the fire lasts for sometime on the ground, dealing damage.
Again, I hope you get to see this, and take it into consideration.

I have two prospects for the attacking side that i hope ubisoft considers.
Name:Replay
Role:attack
Gadget:Feed Jammer
Description: This gadget would allow Replay to go near a camera and hack it so it shows a loop of whatever it was looking at the beginning of the round. This would allow for some very effective sneaking tactics as well as an interesting challenge for the defense. Obviously something of this nature would need a crutch, so maybe every ten or so seconds the camera makes a small glitch that shows whats really happening on the camera.
Name:Heat or Predator
Role:attack
Gadget:thermal scope
Description:As the name implies, the gadget would give him or her to use a thermal scope that would light up enemies red. It would also enable him/her to see through non-reinforced walls, to help deal with roamers. this gadget would help in dark spaces or in parts of buildings where nobody usually is.
Name: Misdirect
Role:defense
Gadget: audio jammer
Description:this operator could have a type of remote detonated charge that emits a signal that for a few seconds or so, plays the sounds of gunfire and explosions over that persons coms. she would have 3 of these things. this would greatly help with 1 v 1 situations.
i don't know if ubisoft looks at these, but if they do just bear with me here until the end.
Name: view
Role:defense.
Gadget: One way glass barricades
Description: I know this one is sorta crazy, much like interrogation rooms in police precincts this operator could replace windows and doors with one way glass, that depending on which side your on, lets you see through it. he could have two panels. the glass would be bullet resistant, so shots could go through, but it wouldn't shatter it, it would remove chunks of it. think of it like making an interrogation room in the building, only you always get the death penalty.

Description:this one is semi crazy. This operator has the ability to go up to a window or door, provided its not the only way to get in, and hit it with either a hammer or a charge to collapse the entrance completely with no way to enter, but a few cracks to shoot through. this needs a downside i know. so when he uses it, the collapse causes him to receive 10-20 damage points.
I know its crazy but let me know what you think.
you are aware that a 2 way mirror works when the observer side is in darkness? a defender like that wouldn't logically work unless it was possible to turn off the lights in gameOriginally Posted by Arkhamknight275 Go to original post
plus the audio jammer would be better as a decoy box that you could set in the corner then have the sound of gunfire of whatever the main weapon is to confuse the enemy towards a direction and help with the flank
I had ideas for operators that i felt i should share.
I considered the fact that one of the next nationality that is Japan and i figured that they would probably be some pretty high-tech operators so i had these ideas.
Attacker: Tonbo
Ability: Dragonfly Drone
Ability Description: A flyable drone that can fire 3 breaching charges and mark enemy positions.
Defender: Kanakirigoe
Ability: USW (Ultrasonic Weapon)
Ability Description: Can Deploy a device that can only face one direction and any enemy operators that comes into range of it will become heavily disorientated and will be unable to hear.
Both are medium operators and I haven't thought of primary or secondary weapons that they would have.
