    DLC I bought today already redeemed

    I bought all DLC for fusion today via steam, when trying to redeem the code for the season pass it says it has already been redeemed, all though it does not appear in my dlc list or in game. I've raised a ticket with ubisoft but they seem pretty slow to respond to anything, any help here?

    Hello,

    Can you please let me know your ticket number with customer support and the date you opened it please?
    Also, can you confirm you provided the proof of purchase with your ticket?
