I'm wandering why the last download (same minuts ago) stops al 100% not returning to game and if I exit and restart game it crashes and exit automatically after the intro screen...why RL?

That means you have to reinstall the game.it has happend with me and reinstall is the only way out.

sending tickets doesn't work, I fill the form of request and when I send it it shows the faq in a neverending loop (send -> faq -> send -> faq... and so on), how beautiful!

my girlfriend is having the same problem, game stops and exit even without download...
