My specs:
Intel I7 4790 3,6GHz
Nvidia Geforce Gtx 745 4GB
16GB RAM
Game run in 25-35 FPS.If I change graphis very high to low I still get 25-35 FPS but sometimes is fps drops too
I have Min Requirments and my computer needs 0,1 GB VRAM more to get recommend requirments. but how I have too small FPS
Can't play normally
that sounds about right for your GPU, sorry man
a GTX 745 is an OEM card , many of these use a 64 bit memory interface and much slower memory
it may be higher in number then the minimum supported video card but it is indeed a much slower graphics card
your card http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desk...specifications
DDR3Memory Interface <
28.8Memory Bandwidth (GB/sec) <
vs a GTX 460 the minimum supported GPU http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desk...specifications
Memory Clock (MHz) 1800
Standard Memory Config 1GB GDDR5 <
Memory Interface Width 256-bit
Memory Bandwidth (GB/sec) 115.2 <
GDDR 5 is faster then DDR3 memory
not much you can do other then buy and install a better video card
Far Cry 4 is Hard on a GPU as you can see here that even a GTX 750 ti can't run the game with high settings until you bump the resolution down to 1280 X 720
(and a 750 Ti is also much faster then your current GPU)

(i quote from that page)
Now we come to the cheapest cards in this evaluation, the GTX 750 Ti and Radeon R7 260X. The GTX 750 Ti is based on first generation Maxwell, and 260X is based on newer GCN than 290X or 290. However, even those architecture changes can't save these for performance. Neither one was able to play well at 1080p with any decent quality settings. To make either one playable at 1080p you'd have to play at "Low" settings, and turn off AO. Basically, it makes the game look like crap.
Our only option was to drop the resolution to 720p, 1280x720. At this resolution we could raise the settings quite a bit, providing a better image quality in the game. We were able to set both to "Very High" settings, which is just one step down from "Ultra" quality. So even at 720p, these still cannot maximize image quality in the game, we still have to sacrifice some level of image quality. Also, no Godrays. So these video cards are very slow for this game despite these having newer architectures. These cards just can't cut it.
