I am with freeserve
they (and most ISPs i know of) provide free space to host websites
- go to your ISPs main page and search out websites/build your own website and follow any steps there (usually fill in email and name your site/password etc)

you dont usually even need to have a web site - theey just provide space (freeserve has its own FTP - which is useful - if u dont know what that is - basically moves files from your computer to the web space)

usually u can just move your files onto space and provide a link here ( see anyones sig for that ie press reply and copy the script - but adapt it for yours) and bobs your uncle

do you mean the banks connection is T1 or yours at home - if it's the bank then you may not be able to do what i described above - if its yours you should ( i think)

other than that there are some free picture hosting site - i'm sure someone will be along in a minute to tell you one
