    Having a major issue getting UPlay to connect to my old game.

    So I got the new update all was well but after a while I noticed that I could not connect to the store. I check the forums and the work around was said to be delete app and reinstall sounds strait forward done it a few times before due to update.

    So I do the usual 3 tracks after installing try to connect to UPlay which it appears to do with my UPlay name being displayed as well as my messages and friends. The problem I'm having is once I close this screen there's no UPlay connection and it never connects to the server. I have tried connection to UPlay via email and Facebook with the same result each time I leave that screen it seems as if I never logged in.

    Am I somehow missing something?

    Well explained, same problem.. Told about it in another forum post.
    I hope this get fixed soon and that we get our data again, we are missing a lot from the x-mas event.

    Can't join uplay

    I can not sign into uplay so I can play the Christmas game and have 3 years on it and had to start again is there problems on iPhone iOS 9.2

    I am having the same issue. I cannot connect to play showdowns, robot doesn't register any connection. I have deleted and reinstalled the game and when asked to connect to Uplay to complete a task, I log in but then it doesn't register.

    Hello there,

    We are aware of some problems with Uplay registrations. Some players tried until it worked, but I agree, this is not a very convenient solution.
    I think the best would be to contact the support (link in my signature) with the following information :
    - what device are you playing on
    - what is the operating system you are using

    Trials Frontier Uplay issue

    Been trying to login to uplay for two days when I login it just kicks me out or doesn't recognize it logged In ? Also delete the game and started over . Trials frontier

    Uplay Login Issue

    Same thing here. Uplay logs me In then basically kicks you out won't connect after login. I tried Twitter support and they directed me to the in game support which was two days ago and no response from Facebook account . I deleted the game and restarted didn't help . Seems to be a server issue . Sucks we can't get any help or information.

    Device: iPhone 4S

    Same here, its actually the solution by red lynx it self!!! How can they not update their server correctly, i get a server error as well as the app switches to the browser cause of "missing fields" popup i get in the game.

    4s, ios 9
    PS there is no IOS support in your signature link, there is Uplay account or mac ??? what to do?

    I got my issue fixed by using the uplay app, this app was able to login and accept the new terms and conditions. Online we are not able to login still. I got my progress back so im happy again
