HELP! TrialsFusion.exe has stopped working | Forums

I had just bought Trials Fusion on UPLAY and the game doesnt work, as soon as i reach the title screen the game just crashes and says 'TrialsFusion.exe has stopped working'.

Hello. as the title suggests my game does not run properly... or at all. the game works fine in the menus but will not actually load any of the game after that. I have attached a link to a video of the error and have listed my computer specs below. all of my drivers are up to date, I've installed and re-installed the game countless times, and I have tried every fix on every reliable forum I've come across. none of this has worked so I have come here to hopefully find resolution and play this game again as i once did on my old PC. If anyone can help me fix this i would be extremely grateful.
