Is anyone else hearing ads playing in the background, sometimes as soon as the app loads? I think it may be the reason why people are getting lag which eventually leads to the app crashing. It's possible that something is playing in the background even if there's no sound.

I'm running v3.7.0 on an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.2, and I'm in the UK.

Yes, our technical team is already aware of this problem on iOS devices. This is related to the general performance issues since last update.
