For a month now my gift box has been full (I stopped receiving gift notifications on day 2 when it filled up) but it shows nothing for me to claim. I can still send gifts everyday as normal.
I put in a ticket on the Ubisoft support website a month ago but they were no help. I was hoping the next update would help, but the xmas one didn't fix it.
It feels like gifts have been "disabled" for me or something. I don't know what to do.

The same problem is happening with me too. I can send golden tickets but can't receive them.
Woo hoo I woke up to a gift notification and was able to go in and claim everything from my gift box! More notifications came in later so it seems to be working just fine now. I guess I should have posted here in the first place

I have the same thing. I stopped receiving gifts a bit before Crimbo and have not had anything since. I can still send gifts no problems. Is this a known problem? I have tried reinstalling the app...
