Restore purchase button not there? | Forums

So I just started playing this game, and decided to get the 3,- starter pack.

When I was around level 8 I randomly pressed the ubisoft accoint button at the top. After seeing nothing interesting I pressed the back button to return to the game and all of a sudden I was back to level 2 (didn't get to choose a save file like some do). Well **** happens no big deal I guess.. Until I realised that I lost my purchase and have no means to reacquire it..

By now im lvl 11 and was still hoping that at some point it would re-sync.

Anyone know a fix?

Hello TeddyBear8D,

I am really sorry I didn't see your question before.
So I guess that at some point you chose to play the game saved on your phone, and not the one on Uplay. So you should login again into Uplay, and restore the game saved on Uplay.
This way you should have you starter package back.
