How do I get the non London collectibles in the Jack the Ripper DLC?

I see nowhere on the map that allows me to fast travel to those places and my fear is that I will have to replay the missions again to get to those areas.

Anybody figured it out?

Looks like you do have to replay the memories.

Oh well, rather silly but I got them in the end and beat the game 100%.
