Unable To Connect To Ubisoft Servers
So, 2 days ago I bought Trials Fusion Awesome Level Max off Steam. I've played plenty of ubi games before with no issues. I downloaded Trials Fusion and for the longest time, I was crashing at the loading screen. Fixed that with a Graphics Software Update. I have since made sure everything is up to date.
Now Trials will not connect to Ubisoft servers. I have done everything. Forwarded all ports for Trials Fusion and uPlay. Flushed my DNS. Made every allowance and exception possible for Trials Fusion and uPlay in my antivirus and firewall. EVERYTHING.
Now, I can hop on The Crew and no problems there what so ever. I never had to make and allowance or open any ports for the Crew or uPlay before. My uPlay app runs just fine and connects.
So whats the deal? Any suggestions?
(Also, I have Trials Fusion on my Xbox One, I can connect to Ubisoft all day there. Didnt open a port for my Xbox either)

I would suggest verifying the game files and making sure all updates are applied to the game and so on. If that doesn't help, try a reinstall.
Granted, that is the base line troubleshooting. For more detailed troubleshooting, please contact our support team.

I also can not connect to the ubisoft servers anymore.
I think it's because of the awesome level max dlc compatibility.
I recently won a raffle on the trials livestream and it was the awesome level max pc code.
So i tried entering the code on steam but that didn't work, so i activated it on Uplay.
The problem is that steam doesn't recognize that i have the awesome level max dlc.
But when i enter fusion i can play the awsome level max but only offline since i cant connect anymore.
Also all the other DLC codes i have begin with '5UP', but awesome level max code begins with 'NBJL'.
I already contacted Ubisoft support but it seems they can't really help me, i hope someone here can..
I also tried reinstalling the game, rebooting my system, and so on.

Can you please share your support ticket, we'll look at the information you shared and try to reproduce your problem. I am not sure the connection can come from a DLC detection because the code is separated, but we can verify at least.

Hello Eno,
The problem will be solved by ubisoft support, they will remove my awesome level max dlc.
There was a compatibility problem, they have found this error in the Launcherlog.
[6580] 2015-12-19 10:02:54 [ 2568] ERROR SteamGameInstallListener.cpp (265) Unable to check install status, game addon is not a steam game: 671
Hopefully this will fix it.
