Ok a lot of your are missing the point here. For vet players the only gifts they care about are tracks so they can keep up with the leaderboards. Junk gifts (paint jobs and costumes) are fine and dandy as they add some flair. Spare parts, coin magnets, and fuel (high rollers) are equivalent to recieving coal for christmas. So now we're approaching the half way point of the event and still only have one track. It is very disconcerting. Are we going to get all the tracks in the last week? I don't think so. No, the tracks should be spread out through the event. I shouldn't have to rely on "bursts of luck" to randomly get a few tracks from gifts...if any at all.

BUT. I do think we will get all the tracks (i hope). Why would RL put anyone at a disadvantage on purpose by not RANDOMLY letting us win the prizes.
And your exactly right about the leaderboard. The old format was no different you still had to grind, but at least you knew what you were aiming for.

Lots of free things for basically no grinding = good in my eyes. I know I'm way behind in progress compared do most of you guys now, so I am thoroughly enjoying all the paint jobs, big parts, diamonds (I wish i was winning MORE diamonds than i am), etc.

I think there a bit of a misunderstanding regarding this event. It is a Xmas event, the main focus is the pleasure to collect presents everyday doing missions all along the month. Sometimes you are very lucky and get really cool presents like the tracks, sometimes you just get regular presents. But it's still presents.
I know you'll answer "yes, but it's unfair because some will get the tracks, some won't". To that I'll say the event is not finished yet. If the last day of the event you still didn't get any new track, then it will be time to be upset.
That time hasn't come yet

To be totally honest i forgot it's only a game. 😂 But its like everything, if you see someone getting something your not its frustrating. And then we get a nice place like this to complian and compare what we're not getting its great! Thanks jolly charlie for the feedback. 👍🏻

I got my third track this morning, it had been 5 days since I got the second one, but I guess I'm on pace to get all by the end date. I've also gotten 5 outfit pieces, 5 or 6 paintjobs, one donut, quiet a few gems and coins, and way too many parts for my fully upgraded bikes. Hopefully you guys that aren't getting tracks yet have some stroke of luck soon to calm your worries.

I agree JollyCharly but it kind of ruins your mood when all you are getting is parts and others are getting Painjobs and maps

Why no matter what event\bunker season is, there are always complaints? i mean lets just enjoy the game
