    Please help me, I can't connect to my old game.

    Hello everyone.
    I've tried to reinstall the game to fix the shop issue.
    When i try to have back my old game, I log into uPlay, and once chosen the server data the game says that it is downloading the most recent content. Once reached 100% it freezes.




    I can't do nothing. And if I restart the app the game will start crashing everytime i will open it. I tried to reinstall the app one more time but nothing changes. Please answer me, I don't want to lose my christmas gifts

    Hello CarloF,

    As I said in PM, try to clear the app data. Be sure you have enough space on your phone, try to clear as many unused data on your phone as possible. And close all other app when opening Trials.

    edit : nvm Ubi-JollyCharly replied while i was writing, its pretty much what i said anyway


    If you are on android i cant help much, but once you uninstall, try to check if you can clear cache and restart your phone before reinstalling. what i mean is dont uninstall/resintall straight.

    On iOS, once you uninstall, do a hard reset (press power button + home button until the phone restart ) then reinstall.

    Hope i'm wrong but if the problem persists, it sounds like a corrupted save, and you should probably open a ticket for better assistance : https://support.ubi.com

    Yes, I have an iPhone 6 btw. I've tried almost everything.. I'll try the hard reset, let's hope it isnt a corrupted save
    That's soo annoying, I'm wasting my time in the Christmas event
    About the ticket, I'm not able to open it. Once I press " send the ticket " the ticket disappears and I can't find it anywhere lol

    EDIT: Aaaand of course nothing changed with the hard reset ...

    Sorry for my double post, but I need to know. Since I'm still unable to play the event ( the entire game actually ), I'm not getting any new track..
    Will I have the possibility to get every single track in the future? I mean the tracks you can get with both methods ( the weekly leaderboards and the gifts ).

    I'm having the same problem. I'm playing on an iPod and the game was working fine (lags/frame rate stuff aside) until the issue with the shop connecting started. I tried deleting/reinstalling and when it gets to 100% it freezes and quits. When I reopen the game, it shows the loading screen, freezes, and quits again. Probably deleted/reinstalled 20 times and it's always the same thing. Can't get on the game at all. There's more than 16 gb of space on my iPod so that can't be the problem. Possibly devs can fix it? I know this has been happening to several other people. It's very frustrating.
