    Can we please get some kind of SLI optimization since you're now dishing out the HD Texture pack?

    All 3 benches are @ 2560x1440 with G-Sync turned on Ultra settings with MXAAx2 and run on the Stock EVGA Hydro Copper Bios 1358Mhz Core Clock(which is usually what I game with because I never need a higher OC). The benchmark on the far Left side is a Single Titan X. The Middle benchmark is 2xTitan X in SLI with the SLI "fix". The benchmark on the far Right is 2xTitan X in SLI without the SLI "fix".

    That is some terrible performance. And Overclocking my cards to 1500Mhz on core gives me roughly 7fps increase or so. We definitely need some sort of SLI optimization here. Especially if there is a new Texture pack dropping.
    i have the same problems 3930k @4.6 with 2 980ti in SLi currently my native is 1440p but any framerate below 90 feels unplayable even bumping down to 1080p feels like trash using the preset levels custom tweaking them helps but given our relatively even spec we should have no problem with1440p 144fps @ultra. i found with these settings game may not look spectaular but you get a more even experience for shooting and movement

    1080p = 165 - 190fps
    Texture = very high
    Level of Detail = Ultra
    everything else = Low or OFF

    1440p = 130fps - 165fps
    Texture = High
    Level Of Detail = Ultra
    Everything else = Low

    these are aimed at playing the game in the competetive sense highest framerate and no ****ty light bloom or bad shadows

    Tick rate for consoles

    why why why is the tick rate improvement not being put on console right away? I understand you want to tweak it and that fine! Just give us the initial boost and once you finalize it on PC update it onto consoles after that but don't just leave it the same until God knows when you finish tweaking it its one of the top problems! I play on a mouse and keyboard on console and let me tell you the issue is noticeable.

    PvP - Reduced time to detect Defenders outside from 5 seconds to 2 seconds.

    Who complained about this ? 5 seconds was perfect it takes 2 seconds just to jump in and out the window with these slow *** characters! Who ever idea was to make it 2 seconds is a ****** there was nothing wrong with 5 seconds!

    Yeah, I actually turn the light bloom/shaders/shadows down a little to get higher FPS, when playing. I just wanted to post this, because I saw that they are releasing the HD Texture pack geared for higher end SLI setups like ours. They even mention playing in 4K. And the SLI optimization/scaling is complete crap right now. So I don't see the new texture pack being worth a damn. It's crazy that I'm having to turn down settings to play at a higher framerate on a system that allows me to play other games, that look just as good if not better and have a much larger environment to render, at 144+fps and max settings.

    I just wish they would optimize it a bit more, before adding more eye candy.

    Everything sounds great apart from the Ranked changes 10k beta players is not your player base you should be listening to. Ranked is the slightly harder option to play in that is why it is RANKED not casual with ladder. are you going to have a hardcore ranked as well or are you just catering for the low skilled players who need to be told what's happening every 5 seconds?

    Our PC Associate Producer read your post and wanted to chime in. He said, "The Rainbow Six Siege is continuing to work hand in hand with the NVIDIA team to improve the use of the SLI GPUs in the game engine. You will see some minor improvements coming in for this update, and also in the following updates. Both teams obviously would like to see as much of a performance increase as possible."

    Anyone at UBI know if there was a fix to the keybinding issues that was just not mentioned? maybe in "Various minor tweaks to improve UI."

    i know about the DLC operators and their price tag but if i keep going the way i'm going reknown wise i will have more that enough for all of them by the end of january.

    also most of all theres no incentive to switch Primarys on the operators since the only operstors i play attacking are ASH and Thermite they only DLC operators that interest are the Canadian and the US one only becase they have from screenshots M4 style rifles

    besides more operators just means more operators not more weapons for the existing operators so whats the point
