    Pretty much unplayable

    I'm using an Ipod Touch 6 running IOS 9.2 and ever since the Christmas update the game is pretty much unplayable. Everytime I start up the app, it freezes and sometimes crashes after only 5 minutes. It doesn't matter what I'm doing; missions, showdowns in the bunker, even just customizing my rider/bike. After 5 minutes I'm forced to quit the app. This has resulted in a loss of a LOT of gas and quite a few golden tickets.

    I've sunk hours and hours into this awesome game and I wish to continue to do so. However, currently it is far too frustrating. I will not be playing or buying any more golden tickets until this is resolved. Hopefully you can come through with a fix soon.

    We are aware there are performance issues for some players since the last update, our teams are working on it.

    Hello Stony3,

    Did you try to restart your phone, reinstall the app? Do you have enough free space on your phone?
    Be sure to only run Trials when playing, and not having any other app open at the same time.
    If all of this doesn't help, I would advice you to contact our support (link in my signature) and to give them the following information :
    - what device are you playing on
    - what is the operating system you are using

    Update 3.8

    This seems to be happening even more after the update. Still basically unplayable. For being aware of the problem, it doens't appear that the update did anything to fix it. If anything, it is worse. Get your $&^* together Ubisoft.
