Rank changed without playing | Forums

Yesterday i reached Platinum 1 rank, but after my first game, a game i even won, it suddenly showed me as gold 3
Anyone else who have encountered this problem?

1.) Login
2.) Top right side > Click on the arrow next to your nickname
3.) Click on "Account Information"
4.) On the right side there is a button named "edit" > Click on it
5.) You can change nickname and save.

6.) You need to restart uplay.
