    Unable to access to JD Server

    I'm from Singapore and I have been playing JD since version one. Just bought JD 2016 and I am unable to access to JD Unlimited Server, it kept kicking me out for the past whole week due to poor connection to the server. This is very frustrating and unacceptable, spoilt my holiday totally. Kindly get it fixed ASAP!

    Have you tried checking the FAQ or submitting a support ticket via support.ubi.com?

    While you're checking that out, what console are you using?
