Progress lost - after relogging into Uplay | Forums

Hey!

So I've been playing for a few weeks now, but there kept being one weird issue.
At the start of the game it kept asking me to log in to Uplay. So I click connect - and each time I was already logged in! (I already logged in on the 2nd day)

I did alot of PvP games already - and was around rank 19. Today, after I had the message of Uplay again - I decided to try it once more.

Click connect, and as always I was already logged in.
I eventually found the button to "log out".

Then I logged in again, with the same username I did before, and suddenly I had to start all fresh again.
I read on the forums you should just play a couple of games till you receive the "load last save points" message, but I've done 5-6 races now, and I still haven't received one.


Anyone know how to get my progress back?

Hello Zatox_X,

If you already tried the classic turn off/on your phone and uninstall/reinstall the app, I would advice you to contact our support (access through the game, or in my signature) so that you are sure not to lose your progression.
