    How about everyone files a support ticket with some good explanation - be it lousy translation, be it not clear explanation on what they offered for 550 gems, be it haste in click, be it random... be it one very simple thing objection of mine:

    The purchase button / option should have not been there if the rider already OWNS all those track, to begin with.

    I didn't jump to buy it simply because I don't have 550 gems to throw down like that. But I can totally see how some of you who are more well endowed in the gem department could make this mistake. UbiLynx need to start dishing out refunds.

    I came here just find out if this would be a waste of 550 gems since it seemed crazy to give me an option to buy them again when I already have all the tracks. Glad I didn't spend them.

    As I said last Friday, I forwarded your feedback on that matter to RL teams, and we are discussion what solution is the most appropriate. I really hope I'll be able to give you concrete answers tomorrow.
    Until now, you can open a support request, if not already done. This will help our teams to see the extend of the issue.

    I already mentioned the way to go would be opening tickets.. it would yield a certain volume of concern since there are more then few riders who bit the dust.

    C'mon guys, it's not so hard to file a ticket and then send daily reminders if not answered You got nothing to lose here, you only get the chance of your gems restored!
