before buying already had all tracks offered in the package discount....
Please fix this, if they already have all tracks, they can not be discounted gems ...

I bought it too, lost 550 gems. But, word for word it said 'contains the tracks from all three challenge tracks packs'
Don't worry though people support will most likely return them if you can prove it.

Same here. Why do we even get the prompt to buy tracks we already own? 550 gems is alot, would really like to get them back.
I read track pack and thought I have to buy it. Did not even occur to me that the game would offer up tracks that I already own.
