Im on PS4.
Track Central has extra sections at the bottom.
One of them was an old search the others contain garbled text.
Can't delete these sections.

I can blank these out by deleting the text then re-saving it.

Yes, it's a known bug introduce in the last update. The work around is to delete and re-saved as you said.
