    Lost all characters levels and gems

    Hi, support team. My son was playing Rayman Adventures tonight and his lost everything from his gems, characters and Levels he is at. How can we get all this back. He is very up sad and been crying about it. As he not sure how this had happens. He said he haven't deleted anything or done anything with the games. Can we get this back, please.

    J'ai perdu mes sauvegardes

    Suite à la réinitialisation de mon téléphone j'ai perdu toute mes sauvegardes alors que j'ai le même compte playstore qu'avant
    Je voulais savoir si c'était normal
    Et si on pouvais me rendre ma sauvegarde

If your issue relates to save data, can you tell me if you had a Facebook account linked at all, if you were playing online and using cloud saving, or if you were just saving your game to your device?

    My purchase was not made

    I bought a beginner's kit, he charged me the money but he didn't give me any of the kit and he won't even let me enter the promotion anymore, I have all the trust trying to contact you guys I need help
