My game has started crashing a lot recently. I tweaked my graphics settings, which seemed to be responsible for the crashes at first, but even after I restored to recommended settings, I still had crashes. I even had a crash when I ran the "Default settings" option for graphics quality. I'm currently doing the opening memory WWI at the part between finding the radio and manning the anti-aircraft guns. It crashes mostly when I try to perfrom a leap of faith off the bridge.
I've tried verifying the files, but nothing was corrupted.
I have the latest NVIDIA drivers the Nvidia GeForce Panel recommends

Laptop video cards are not officially supported though the game might work, this is indicated by system requirements everywhere even on physical copies, however, the only thing i can advise you to do is to try these steps below hopefully it will solve your issue:

My video card is a Titan X so i can't blame the video cardwhat i've seen is if you even look at the hay bail it will crash your game. Can we get a patch for this please folks its not a new bug and its game breaking.
Can't figure out how he posted in paste bin like the dxdaig is exactly, mine keeps putting in random spaces

This is a known issue caused by setting "HBAO+ Ultra" in graphics settings, set it to HBAO+ (Credit to Anykeyer for figuring it out), if it didn't work, then the other workaround is to wait for scripted airplanes to pass and once the sky is clear go and do the leap of faith and it should work.Originally Posted by Darkn3ssF4lls Go to original post
Same here. Just when I perform the leap of faith at the bridge. Descending the bridge without the leap doesn't cause the crash, but it would be nice a fix for the leap with future patches. I'll try what YazX_ mentioned...Originally Posted by quittleland Go to original post
