Really a NDA? I think that's a slap to the face to those of us who are on ps4 and pc....why? Why since they are running the same content as shown before? We know it's a alpha and there will be bugs and glitches...so why alienate those of us who can't play completely? You could at least let them stream so we can see how far the game has come...hell it might even lead to more pre orders since people can see the alpha in action....so I humbly ask you to remove the NDA and allow them to stream...
please , read this :

but it's very hard to belive the community agency
Speculating here, but they are very likely contractually bound to give this kind of exclusivity to the XBox One. There's probably something in the contract that said they had to deliver a beta, ANY beta, (now called alpha) in December. It's a hype driver for the XBox (buy an XBox! Get into The Division beta before anyone else!!) and really nothing more.
Couple things aren't passing the smell test, though. While it was never officially put out that the entire month of December was dedicated to XBox testing, it's kind of a **** move to X*****s (I'm so puny) to change the alpha/beta/whatever test to only 3-4 days on one platform. That said, again, contractually they may not have been able to release the 'testing' dates until the very last minute.
You don't get this kind of exclusivity without backing up the Brinks truck.
Why do you think that. It states specifically in the news, that it is more than just Dark Zone/PvP so it is something completely different than the short Dark Zone Demo from E3 or the other conventions.Originally Posted by Tobias96716 Go to original post

Do you really think they make an Alpha with the same demo as they showed at E3 2015 - a demo that is labeled as an old build and put an NDA on it? I don't think so.Originally Posted by Tobias96716 Go to original post
It's probably a newer build, but still older than "current" build, and they want NDA for publicity reasons. They don't want someone saying, "Oh look, I fall through all the floors and cars don't count as cover and that guy is walking on air 700 ft up!" and then people are like, "BROKE! CAN'T FIX IN 4 MONTHS!!!".
Similarly, it's an assist to the game hype, because we're legally obligated to not talk/post/IM/record/take pics of the game, which is sometimes used to escalate excitement for the product.
