This happened (and still does) to me through all technical/opened/closed betas. When I click the mouse button to resupply, I am unable to stop the action (which has understandably led to deaths) and must wait for it to complete. I am not holding the button down... just clicking it once. I see the progress bar working, but I just can't stop it if I decided I wanted to. I thought that was the way it was supposed to be (even though I didn't agree with the design decision) until the other day when I complained to friends about it (due to being shot to death by AI while I was "stuck" resupplying). They said "what are you talking about? Just let go of the button!". So now I know it just isn't working correctly and not a design decision.

Also, I don't know if this is related or not, but I also have an issue with the mouse scroll wheel in this game. If I ever accidently scroll the mouse wheel at ANY time within the game, my character will rapidly fast switch between weapons endlessly. The only solution to this is to end out of the game and reload it. I don't have the scroll wheel selected for any actions within the game, or else I would change the setting.

My PC information is as follows:

i7 5820k
16GB Ram
GTX 980 TI
Windows 7 64-bit
Kensington Expert Mouse with TrackballWorks v1.2

These problems are 100% reproducible.

EDIT: I should point out that other actions work properly, such as placing the bomb defuser or placing my operator's gun turret, etc. If I let go of the mouse button during these other actions, they simply stop and let me move again. It is only resupply that is giving this issue. Something is technically different about that particular one.
