also, don't forget to provide notes on issues. whats going on, what you were doing and what happened. the more info the devs get, the faster and better fixes they can make for a better final game.

Yes! Simple, clear, and efficient notes will get things fixed much faster if they don't have to trawl through pages of script.

    - What happened? (in as few words as possible)
eg: Glitched through car - didn't count as cover
    - What were you doing to make it happen?
eg: Approached police car at (location here) from the South (street name if possible). Clicked to "snap to cover" but double tapped A and character "climbed" through the car. Was then not able to take cover until I walked out of the object and approached it again.
    - Are you able to recreate the bug/glitch
eg: Repeatable. - Tried from (North / South / East / West) and only works from (example) positions.

This isn't visible to anyone here yet, but there will be dedicated Alpha forums to users who've signed the NDA at http://forums.ubi.com/forumdisplay.p...Division-Alpha
Yes, this means that you shouldn't be seeing any Alpha content here in the normal forums

will they still post there videos um yes they will !! fall out 4 had a no post videos no Stream NDA in place and guess what was on twitch 2 weeks before launch and mega release of spoilers it was all X-Box one users and PS4 users , that all said i don't think the PC users would have done any thing different had they had the game 2 weeks before launch , people don't respect NDA like they used to before twitch and youtube made them rich

that said might be a good idea to just let them test a demo you already showed if you don't want it leaked

    Hitman

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidentiality agreement (CA), confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), proprietary information agreement (PIA), or secrecy agreement (SA), is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to or by third parties. It is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. As such, an NDA protects non-public business information.

so no posting any videos pictures or streaming of the alpha until they announce that you can . if you break a NDA well some company can sue you for a lot of lost revenue no joke here , signing a NDA is signing you name to be sued if you break you word but you get to test there product before it launches

for alpha test, i understand that player sign a NDA but for A PREPAY BETA GAME test, is like we play the game.

Then NO NDA could be apply

IF Massive and Ubisoft will sell many game, this beta test for xbox during december will be on a short surface play like E3, Gamescom, etc.. expo or a little bigger, to show how great and perfect is The Division.

During developping, i think that have 2 break NDA :
    - one in text
    - one in screen (poor graphic quality)
to say that the game isnt ready for 2015

    BUT (Natchai_Ubisoft)

could we know, what's expected by Massive from prepay beta player as return ? or it's just to test hosting server game.
