Personal rank not working properly it said I was bronze 1 to then bronze 4 then silver 1 to silver 2 then back to diver 1 and has been stuck on that for a many many games and from clearance level 30 to 50 and has never changed

And my rank remains the same numbers and did not move
I win more than lose
I kill more

I've been playing more ranked, I started out with gold 1 and have worked my way up to gold 4 but when I check my player profile on the ubisoft site it says I'm still gold 1. I don't understand these issues but they are undermining the point of ranked and showing off your rank statusthey because no one knows how it works or if it even matters.

This is a very frustrating issue. I am trying to get everyone who has started seperate threads to speak on the largest thread on this issue. I was told my Customer Service themselves that A VERY FEW number of players are having this issue.

Sorry about that, the chat tool crashed and disconnected us. We're aware of an issue where a small number of users are not able to rank up, and we've reported the issue to the dev team. We're sorry for the confusion, but that's all the information we have right now. Keep an eye on the patch notes for future patches, hopefully the dev team will be able to find the cause and develop a fix for this problem."

The language in this is very very dissapointing. PLEASE POST IN "Personal Rank is stuck?" Let them know this is not only a few people having this issue. http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...-Rank-is-stuck

What the hell is going on with Ranks system does not work at all for over two weeks and more,
I paid money I want to enjoy the game
And it's not just me it all
