Regret spending so many tickets | Forums

This was not my best showdown win but in this showdown I regret spending so many tickets ie 123 tickets
I don't know y I did so I was just driven by my ego and just kept on spending tickets
The opponent was also spending tickets to get hold of the tracks
But after all said and done I won the showdown spending 123 tickets
And as for him I think he too spent nearly 100 tickets
But after winning the showdown I realized how difficult it is to get golden tickets and the cost of golden tickets pack also increased in shop now and also the rewards after winning the showdown were not that great just got nuts and 18.5 k and 3 gems
Then I realized spending golden tickets in this season isn't so good cause due to only 4 hr showdown and all and also the normal tickets only regenerate 40 min Later
I have all Special bikes ie donkey and all
I just don't have 5 bunker tracks still but realized even the chips generate very slow in this season
So now I am gonna just lay back won't spent any golden tickets to win matches as I just want chips
So will wait for a good season where we could bulk up more chips to spend these tickets
So mates anyone here who too had ever regretted spending a large amount of golden tickets in any showdown

Well, I certainly hope my current matchup does, but I doubt it. This guy is currenly one of the 4 legends on Android, and he just spent literally 30-40 tickets to take the tracks I had set up for ping pong, lol. I just fail to see the point at all, there will be minimal chip gain, minimal coins/gems, no rank gain due to me not being in legends yet.
Some men just want to watch the world burn

I m sure it ain't superwera as he gives up matches when he reaches legend

And yeah I too don't see the point he already is a legend what will he lose by winning a showdown don't know what goes in some peoples mind
PS : yesterday we had a showdown I know u ping pong so I decided to do that but after taking over that parched cliff track I slept only to wake up when just 10 min remained in our matchup
So I didn't touch the tracks again mate
Sorry couldn't ping pong mate because of sleep

I spent 30 or 40 in one yesterday against someone. Name was Nuam Nam or something like that. They ended up whooping me. So I start another match after I lost that one, and who do I get as an opponent? Nuam Nam! Ended up winning that next one somehow or another. Maybe they just felt bad for me, or I got lucky.


Someone just spent 15 or so to pass me on Firefly Landing. Funny thing is, they would have gotten me regardless. My riptide is far from fully upgraded. I don't know how I've made it to rank 7. 2 out of every 3 races I've had were with bikes that need quite a few more upgrades.I guess I've been extra lucky the past couple days. All I do is try to not wreck and hope my opponents internet connection goes down.

But as u can see bwestlie said in above comment it ain't about upgrades mate only skill matters
Bwestlie has minimum upgrades except this tier 1 and 2 bikes his tier 3 bikes are at bare minimum upgraded but he still is at rank 2
Yeah I know he's much skilled than others but the thing here is that with barely upgraded bikes too we can win matches
Hope u get the point and if possible upgrade ur bikes always in this manner first upgrade balance bikes then agile bikes and at last the speed bikes mate

Haha I figured, I thought it was a little wierd that you didn't even attempt any retakes on the tracks Nah, I have no chance in that showdown, since 2/3 tracks are with riptide, which I've only upgraded the absolute minimum amount to progress the story of the game. And yeah, it's not superwera, he's super chill when it comes to the showdowns.

Super yaar with bare minimum riptide and other tier 3 bikes u managed to get to such gud rank wow that's super skill
Hopefully u will get another chance to match up with him and defeat him mate

One time I blew through all of my tickets trying to make the bunny hop on drifter valley haha. When a tricky part of the track is right in the beginning its easy to chew through tickets. Now every time I do a showdown track i'll take my time, finish the track no matter what, and grab the coins before trying again.

I have not interest for Win or Lose but its fun for me to see a lot of flying Tickets from a few Opponents

Now every time I do a showdown track i'll take my time, finish the track no matter what, and grab the coins before trying again.

That bunny hop that u make at starting line is really difficult for me even with nicely upgraded mantis I never manage it
Hope I can do it sometime I lost some matches when I was paired against top players on this same track due to that bunny hop mate
Similarly those tracks with difficult beginnings like melancholy temple and even sometimes buzzsaw paradise makes me spend more tickets to get them right mate

I play Trials since a long Time, I´m finish with all Bunker Tracks and i collect golden Tickets (for maybe 30 Showdowns)
Its faster for a Legend and not so stressful but i have not really interest for a Legend... Its just for fun
