One of my biggest complaints with R6 Siege is the crippling of the co-op by making every map require 5 players in the team. Now on the site here I read that GR Wildlands will be"entirely playable in single-player or four-player co-op". Please don't put an enforced number of players on the co-op experience. Let the players decide how many they want - make it "up to 4" else you are removing the ability for people to enjoy the game as THEY choose to enjoy it.
I have been playing GR and R6 games co-operatively for years. I have several mates who I enjoy co-op play with, but they are not guaranteed to all be on at the same time. As I am sure most everyone knows, your average internet denizen is vile, and quite often a moron to boot. Don't force the buying public to invite random net-dwellers in order to play the game co-operatively.
This has the potential to be one of the best GR games in years, if not THE best, but please please please let us decide how many players we want in our co-op group. Limit the maximum to four, don't worry about AI companions for less than four, just let us play it as we see fit!
Yes, weird stuff happend with R6-Siege definetely!
But don't worry about the co-op in Wildlands. It has allready been confirmed that co-op missions will be drop-in/drop-out 1-4 players. I don't think we can ditch the remaining ai's though.. if for instance you go in two players, you will get two ai squad members.
