i currently have a PowerColor Radeon R9280X (3GB) running windows 8.1 however which new update is most suitable from below:
Radeon Software 251 MB Crimson Edition 11/24/2015
AMD Minimal Setup 12.3 MB Crimson Edition 11/24/2015
AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 15.11.1 Update 329 MB 15.11.1 Beta 11/30/2015
Which of these should i get and what are the differences from the above, as i hope this would improve my AS Syndicate performance ,would appreciate the help

All Crimsons have the latest optimizations for the latest games. The only real difference is with option 2 you listed, it's just the driver without the new control panel interface. Option 3 is the new beta that fixes the GPU fan problem on some cards where it stays at 20% and can cause overheating.
I'm running the new beta Crimson on my 7970 and the performance is no different from option 1 you listed. The real decision is whether to update to patch 1.21 if you can possibly avoid it. Many are reporting equal if not worse performance, with perhaps even more visual tradeoffs. Plus some talk of 1.21 introducing a World War 1 mode bug that I cannot verify since I'm not to that point of the game yet.
