Personal Rank not showing up on screen or online stats | Forums

Hi im the same as RisingAsh, sitting at plat but with placement stats still showing where i did poor (didnt get placed plat) so it shows invalid data which people often think ive been boosted which is not the case, ive been kicked numerous times in casual for it...online stats also say ive only played the 10 placement games and only 4 hours of play....which is so wrong. i must have played 40+ games on this account

can you help?

So I have been playing ranked this last couple of week and have risen from cooper to gold however the game has not been reveling my stats... people can see that i'm in gold but I have no K/D and no W/L
