Personal Rank not showing up on screen or online stats | Forums

Personal rank doesn't seem to be showing up at all in the game it tells me I am silver1 but on main screen it's not there and online stats doesn't state rank either.

I have seen my rank go from bronze to silver however it has not changed on my screen. I have ranked up many times since then and it just stays bronze but blinks and makes the level up sound effects and never changes..

Hey, this is actually intentional at this time. We have temporarily deactivated the feature that shows your rank correctly for the holidays. It will helps stabilize things during this busy period.
This is not a bug. Your rank is still being tracked and calculated correctly. Thank you!

Deactivating a rank will help stabilize things? hahahaha

Maybe you should deactivate the player names too. Actually just turn the servers off because they don't work anyway.

So, I'm trying to see what my kd is and all that, but when I look at that page, It says "No Data Found". I have been able to see it before so what's going on?

So I have been playing ranked this last couple of week and have risen from silver to plat however the game has not been reveling my stats... people can see that i'm in plat but I have no K/D and no W/L
