I'D LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT ONLY UBISOFT STAFF CAN HELP ME WITH THIS
I picked up my Xbox One last Christmas, I also bought Far Cry 4, it worked fine all the way up to a while ago, I contacted microsoft, they had me uninstall, and try to reinstall. My Xbox wouldn't even pick up the disc. I wiped it off with a slightly damp cloth for a minute and that still didn't work. The disc is nearly scratch less and I don't know why it won't work. I could really use your help since I got a faulty disc. The game was bought new and not used.
