Why do I pay more?
in the urgent help thread. The original poster said he spent 1000 Indian rupee for an 1100 ticket pack. The exchange is at 0.020 cad now so it's 20.00$ cad for 1000 rupee. Why does he pay 20 cad for what costs me $57.99 cad.

Inflation that's why, same in Australia the prices are highly inflated and cost way way more than they should.

A long time back we calculated that it would cost $480 US or so to fully upgrade the original 9 bikes (or was it $1480? I forget)
Bottom-line.... It doesnt matter what currency you convert that to, there is no aspect of this game where its "reasonable" or worth it to spend money. If you want to support RL for making a fun game thats great; choose your maximum comfortable amount and pay..... But dont fool yourself into thinking that ANYONE is really getting a bargain when paying for in-game benefits, in any currency. 
Edit: Found the post! Its $1500 to upgrade the base 9 bikes at full price (dont bother earning parts), and $480 if you grind for all the parts before buying.
