It would be awesome if we could choose between different plate carriers and place pouches and patches on them.

That would be awesome. Realistically if there is customization there will probably be preset options. I'd be ok if they did it like in GRAW/GRAW2 where individual kits were tailored to roles (Rifleman, Automatic Rifleman, Grenadier, Marksman). I'm really hoping they implement a system like what's in Arma 3 though.

Yes it would implement more co-op beetween players. Like when one specialist need an other one to be able to use corectly his special weapon like a sniper and his assistant. And a squad leader choosed by the team is a must be in this game.

I doubt we'd see that level of customization in Wildlands
