Hello there.

I am thinking about buying Far Cry 4 for PC, however, I would like to know this before I buy it: Is it possible in any way to transfer progress from Xbox 360 to PC, via Uplay or something like that?

That's a great question. At this time, the answer is no. Your progress stays on the console you play on at this time.
