While that's going through, can you verify a few things for me?
-Have you successfully connected to the JD15 servers before using your current console, home network combination?
-Have you tried resetting your modem/router?
-Has there been a change to your firewall?
-Are you using the WiiU version of JD15 (not the Wii version)?
