    I guess then u should contact UBI Support as Turbo--X suggested and wait for them to respond, it does take some time/days for them to reply be sure to check the status of your Ticket. If you don't mind i would like to know did you use Debit or Credit Card to purchase from iTunes.

    Yes I'm on iOS and i also used my International Debit Card long time back to purchase In-App from iTunes and cancelled the transaction when i didn't got the In-App in fact Apple banned me from iTunes for cancelling transaction even today my old debit doesn't work any more in iTunes. I still insist you should ask your bank to cancel the Failed online Debit Transaction they can't say payment is made so contact the game developer for In-App, But it's up to you if i were you i would ask my bank to cancel the 1st transaction.

    Just to add on this - on few of my purchases - I did got awarded but in around 2 weeks - I had to pester the customer service daily and one of teh special forum guys (we all remember DumpTruck, no?) "pushed them over the edge"

    I do believe you will get your tickets but keep pestering the customer support and do PM community managers and forum moderators as they will aid you - like they did for me and for bunch of other people around here.

    @ sacpush.....Hi mate, Sorry to hear you're having problems but.....

    If you get the Free stand-alone TapJoy App from the Google Play Store then you'll be able to track ALL the offers you've tried for and it also gives you more info about them like letting you know exactly what you need to do to qualify for each one properly and things you've missed thus letting you know exactly why you haven't received your Gems or when they will be released to you, as some of the offers have long delays before they release the rewards.....And it's this sort-of info that isn't given to you when you first find and try an offer !!

    Also, if you have any problem with an offer you can contact the necessary people directly from inside the TapJoy App with links to/from the offer you have an issue with, which helps to get things resolved quicker and smoother without needing to screen-shot everything, although it's always good to take them as back-up and piece of mind, just in-case you ever need it to resolve an issue !!


    I used to use the app myself a while back when I tried the TapJoy offers on a different game I was playing and basically this app helped a lot, so I thought I'd pass-on the info !!

    Hi mate I guess will go tomorrow directly to the bank to sort out this matter if they can't i would contact the support again over here mate

    Yep will do so mate I too think it will get sorted out may take some days
    I already pm'ed goonzi he said he would look into this matter
    I will keep pressuring them once I get the confirmation that my money can't be refunded via my bank
    So then I have to atleast ask the moderators over here to look into this matter asap mate thanks for the suggestions mate

    And by the way is it the ' my tapjoy' app in playstore cause when I searched for tapjoy the first thing that popped out was my tapjoy App

    Hope your matter gets sorted either by cancelling the transaction or by getting the In-App Purchase, its just an advice if you don't have Credit Card apply for 1 as it's better then Debit Cards any given day, there's less risk involved in credit card compare to debit card.
