I bought the 1100 ticket bundle on 23 Nov paying 1000 Indian rupees nearly 18 dollars but what happened was I was charged 2000 rs as when I was buying it the game crashed itself in middle after it gave msg the payment was successful but when I saw in game no tickets were given to me so I thought the payment wasn't successful and bought it again but what really happened was I was given 1100 tickets but was charged both times and I lost 1000 rs so I would like to get my money back or else even give me tickets
Plz its my first time I bought something in this game but I can't believe it I even
contacted my bank they say wait till 2 days but now they say ask the game help line
I sincerely request the forum moderator to look on this issue I m posting my pics too as proof
See I got 1100 tickets which at that time I used some of them
See I was charged both times I only got tickets for 1 pack
So plz it's my sincere request .can someone plz look into this matter

I think you should open a ticket on the ubisoft support website first, then the staff here will be able to speed up things if you its too slow

Open the support ticket and PM G00nzi after 24hrs if there's no reply from teh support guys - this the way to go.

I hope you'll get your stuff or reimbursement ASAP.

I'm also from India you can contact your Bank Customer Service department talk to them regarding this double transaction and just Cancel 1 this way you will pay for 1 transaction and the other one will be cancelled and after 2 weeks or 45 days the money will be refunded. You can also contact UBI Support but they won't refund the money so i think you need to contact your bank for refund as well UBI Support to inform them that you will cancel 1 transaction.

Yeah I waited yaar but they are saying that as money have already been cut u take the tickets and all hence I came here for help
