I just reinstalled the game for the first time trying to get my Rotten Railway track working as in all daily grind missions it seems to crash the tablet after displaying the circling bike screen.
Got the first missions done and UBI login after that getting my lvl51 rider back. Money and diamonds seem to be in order (as seen in the background), the gas icon shouldn't be the gas canister icon though as I've bought THE unlimited fuel outfit.
Aside from that the game seems to display the "Downloading..." screen forever (well, at least 10 or so minutes so far after many restarts of the game)
So this prevents me playing and then what about the Rotten Railway crash issue I've seen, only one here? Or just some local thing.

Doing the same thing to me. The download latest content popup came up so I put my phone down to let it do it's thing. Come back a while later and it didn't continue to download when the phone screen went idle. It seemed to finish, at least it shows 100% anyway, but won't go past this screen. I haven't tried a re-install yet. Not sure if I want to get more frustrated than I already am

I have been having the same problem for several hours now and re-installing did not fix it for me. As soon as I login to uPlay or the game checks to see if I'm in sync with the server it starts updating and gets stuck at 100%.

Notifications are working. Just received one that someone passed me on a track, but still fails on the downloading latest content screen. When seeing the notification popup I thought it might possibly
bypass the downloading screen if I launched from there, but same result.
It can't be happening to just the 3 posters in here, can it? We're that lucky?
