Hi everyone

Uplay is unable to download so start your download. Check that you have an active internet connection and sufficient space on your hard rive


Please Help!!!!!!

Playing Assassins Creed Syndicate and im unable to play now

Hello,

Completely close UPlay and Go to this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\logs

Delete all text files, Launch UPlay and start the download and let it fail, navigate back to the folder above and check log files and scroll to the end per each and check for errors, please post back with the errors posted.

I try to install from a CD and get same text. The log file error:

I have tryed and changed from Danish to English ........ same error: Not enough space or activ internet.

I already have played AC Unity from Upaly and I god the Icon for Syndicate in my folder. The activation key was asseptet - but Install ...... No

Hi Tafferdk

I figured it!

I uninstalled Uplay which also uninstalled Assassins Syndicate(I have a physical CD Copy) Reinstalled Uplay then installed Syndicate again off the CD'S then i was able to download the update although it started all from 0 and it was a 2.34 GB update but at least the update was able to download again also you might want to backup your save files before uninstalling Uplay

The error indicates that it failed to write language registry key, this could be due to insufficient permissions or the key doesn't exist , so lets assume the first case which is insufficient permissions, close UPlay and make sure it has exited from tray and task manager, right click on UPlay shortcut and choose run as administrator, now try to download the patch.
