OK, so I have a fix for it .. it works flawlessly. I live in the middle east, ****ty connection had this issue 24/7 ..finally got it fixed by using a VPN, not all of them work in gaming. IPvanish and VyperVpn were the ones working with me, both offer free trial peroid, give it a try.

Pay a VPN to bypass a bug...no way !
