Is season pass on disc? or code in the case?

I bought a used copy of Trials Fusion on Xbox One. Is the season pass on the physical disc? Or did it have a code inside the disc case for the season pass?

It's a code inside the disc. If you want the season pass content, you'll have to buy it on the market place.
