Unable to download the early acces beta | Forums

I'm having the same problem, the pre-load for tomorrow is there but the open beta for today is just bringing me to the steam store page. The game isn't in my steam library and I have tried linking and un-linking my accounts, re-installing Uplay and restarting steam, even running in admin mode and nothing has changed.

My son's account is getting the same thing. Click download, steam gets opened at the store page and just sits there. Nothing to see, no R6 Siege in Steam library...

Mine is fine however!

I'm having the same issue. Click download in UPlay and it opens steam store page after checking for updates. Support doesn't seem to know of a solution yet either.

Alright, so after trying a few things with the customer supper chat, they were able to get it resolved for me and was able to download the beta from the free games list. I think its an account update issue with uplay because there wasn't a shop option in the menu before, yet after they did stuff with my account it appeared.

Having same issue I also have 3 cases of the game Pre-order ofc , Pre-load of beta and a normal beta build that trys to sync with steam but fails

for real tho i have no access and i was in every test, wont let me download and goes straight to my steam store page.
