Hi,

Did anyone else notice that all the gems that were due from this season weren't possibly awarded? I finished with rank 5, and calculated I should net around 30 gems at least. But I only got 15.

There were reward ladders with +5 reading on the gems section. And then there were rewards that had an image of 2 gems, but then it read +0 gems on the side. So it looks like only those that said +5 were awarded, and the ones that had an actual image of gems (or also an image with both gems and money in it) weren't awarded.

Any comments from RedLynx?

Hello Xtabay,

If you finished rank 5 and got 15 gems it is correct. Unfortunately we have an issue with the pvp reward images so when the reward is coins and nothing else the game shows an image of gems. The + and numbers (e.g. +5) on the right side show correct values so you can trust them. The issue will be fixed in the next update

Ah ok, makes sense then. I wouldn't care that much otherwise, just trying to hit that 300 gems for the new tracks right now... Thanks for the response!

Oh wow, I just went to see how much time there is still to buy those tracks at 300 gems, and I accidentally pressed the "refresh for 20 gems" button when I was going for the "Specials" tab. So now I'm actually down -5 gems from this season, lol. How about putting a little confirm step there - who would ever want to spend 20 gems to refresh that screen anyway?

Well that's pretty demoralizing, I'm done with this.

There should be confirmation screens for every purchase (since they are expensive on this game and might be done accidentally on a touch screen).

This happens rarely, but is frustrating.
E.g. when game is lagging, trying to press X (close popup window button) and screen around for awakening purposes fast many times and it does not work - suddenly touch screen unfreezes and if your finger was on place of shop, so it's easy to buy daily deals.

I accidentally bought a unlimited fuel bonus for 120 gems and it was through the game lagging. I tried to get a refund and ubi fobbed me off.
